Requirements

  • Must Be a 1099 Contractor: This is a non-employee opportunity—you must be comfortable operating as an independent contractor.
  • Reliable Transportation: Own a dependable, insured vehicle to travel to job sites.
  • Experienced Cleaner: Residential cleaning or janitorial experience required.
  • Self-Motivated & Independent: Able to manage time and complete jobs efficiently without supervision.
  • Professional Communication: Maintain a respectful, client-friendly attitude.
  • Physically Able: Comfortable with physical labor, including standing, bending, and lifting.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Willing to adapt to varying client needs and appointment times.
